Wikiwiki Poke started as a restaurant.

Wikiwiki Poke Shop opened in December 2016, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It quickly gained plaudits locally and nationally for its unhinged mashup of midwestern sushi bar and traditional Japanese cuisine.

Saveur magazine called Wikiwiki the “Best Poke in America” and the restaurant won the Revue Award for Best Lunch, Most Innovative Cuisine, and Best Service multiple times.

Chef Keith Allard closed the restaurant in 2022, vowing never to cook professionally again. In 2024, he surprised himself and relaunched Wikiwiki as a culinary experience and catering company. Every collaboration and event since has sold out within 24 hours of announcement.
